Dashboard is the default view in the ConnectPro console. It collects in one place information on key aspects of the status of devices in the organization, i.e.:
- number of connected devices (compared to total number of devices),
- number of user reporting problems,
- number of unread chat messages,
- list of all reported issues (starting from the newest).
The icons used leverage color coding: orange indicates that something is happening in a given section that requires the administrator's attention, while blue informs about lack of any problems.
Dashboard supports quick IT intervention by creating the posiibility of:
- starting a chat with a selected user (by clicking their name)
- using the remote access to the device of the selected user (by clicking remote access icon in the relevant table row)
