Agent icon in the system tray:
clicking it automatically logs the user into the HelpDesk panel and chat (using the account corresponding to the current system user),
launching HelpDesk through the Agent icon results in automatic login (opening the HelpDesk address directly in a browser requires manual login).
You can create a universal shortcut (e.g., on the desktop) to launch HelpDesk in the default browser with automatic user login:
In the nVision console, select the Agent icons on which you want to create the shortcut.
