The nVision Agent detects device software through scans of:
registry,
executable files (EXE).
Collected data is available in the device information window, under Software tab:
If you do not see an installed application on the Agent’s software list:

Check the Unknown applications group:

right‑click the application row and select Application properties,

change the value in Audited field,
the application will then be classified into the appropriate group.

Check the data under the [ Files ] or [ Registry ] buttons:

search for a part of the missing application’s name,

right‑click the found entry and select Assign to application template,
create a new application template.

Remember that:

you can manage application templates in Resources > Software > Applications window:
you cannot edit built‑in application templates, but you can disable them,

after editing application templates, you must process them using Agent data in the Manage templates window.
