To install ConnectPro, follow these steps:

Download the installer: Start by downloading the appropriate installation file.

Run the installer: After downloading, run the installer file.

Choose the installation type: You will be asked to select the type of installation:

Install Axence ConnectPro server with the Management Console: Choose this option if your organization does not yet have a ConnectPro server installed. This will install both the server and the management program you will use to manage it.

Install Axence ConnectPro Management Console only: Choose this option if the server is already installed and you want to install just the management program.

Remember: For the program to work correctly, the ConnectPro server must be installed. The console is used only for management. After installing the ConnectPro server, you can install just the management console on other devices and connect them to the ConnectPro server.
Important! Make sure to add exclusions in your antivirus software for the folders where the ConnectPro Server and Console are installed.
Activation and First Launch
After installation, ConnectPro will start automatically. To begin using the program, you need to activate it first:

Log in to your account: Click the "Go to Axence Account" button and log in. Your ConnectPro licenses are assigned to your account there.

Check your licenses: To view licenses assigned to your account, log in at www.account.axence.net, go to the "ConnectPro" tab, and check your license list.

Select the appropriate license: After logging in, click the button to select the license you want to use to activate ConnectPro. Click the “Select a license” button to do this.

Activate the program: Once you select the license, ConnectPro will be activated, and the program console will launch.
When you log into the console for the first time, you will be logged in as the Main Administrator.
What to do if you forget your Axence Account password?
If you forget your Axence Account password, click the “Forgot password” link and enter the email address associated with your Axence Account. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
If you encounter any problems during ConnectPro activation—for example, if after logging into Axence Account you do not see any ConnectPro license options—please contact Axence Support.
