To view the details of a specific device, click its name in the device list. and then select one of the seven sections:
- general,
- software,
- file manager,
- system,
- processes,
- registry editor,
- remote command execution.
General
By default, the section displays key device metrics, including IP address, DNS name, Agent operational status, real-time CPU and RAM utilization graphs, S.M.A.R.T. disk health indicators, and extended system diagnostics covering OS details, hardware specifications, and active user sessions.
From here, you have a remote access to the selected device and perform one of the four available actions.
Software
This section displays all applications installed on the selected device.
File manager
Selecting this tab opens the file manager. Here we can transfer data between the local computer with ConnectPro console and the managed workstation. We can also perform other operations: add a folder, cut a file, copy, paste or delete selected element.
System
A page consisting of multiple sections:
- operating system - detailed information,
- startup commands - list of commands runnable from the command line
- environment - list of environmental variable values
- local users - list of system users; here we can add, remove or change such a user's data

either using buttons at the top of the table,
- or double-clicking the selected row to open the edit form (changeable settings are those related to the user and their group affiliation).

- local groups - list and descriptions of local system groups,
- route table - a table of IP routes through which data packets can flow to various places in the network,
- network shares - list of device resources shared with others on the network,
- S.M.A.R.T. - values of some parameters of S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology), i.e. drive error monitoring and notification system
- task scheduler - list of automatically executed tasks and their launch details
Processes
Displays a list of currently running processes on a given device.
Registry editor
It allows to view entries in the system registry of a selected device (related to Windows itself, installed programs, hardware, user accounts, and system services). It also allows to perform actions available in the Windows Registry Editor.
Remote command execution
Here we can remotely run a command line command on the selected device.
