Reports in this module provide information about devices and their software. They support auditing and verification of licenses, installed programs, and hardware configurations.
System Information
These reports allow you to check:
environment variables - including each variable’s value, owner, and whether it is system-related,
network shares - shared resources, disks, and folders with details such as path, type, description, and status,
routing table - including mask, metric, next hop, and type,
S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology) - e.g. hard disk errors, device status, and error frequency,
startup commands - including name, user, and location of executed files,
task scheduler - applications launched by the system, each with the date of planned and last execution)with planned and last execution dates.
Results in reports in this section can be limited using parameters:
map,
device type,
device.
Software
These reports help maintain control over the software state of organizational devices. They provide information about applications:
installed on devices (including audit status),
changed (installed or uninstalled),
most popular (based on the selected set of devices).
You can generate:
a list of devices where specified applications are installed or missing,
license inventory audit (filter by free, used, or exceeded licenses) or software audits,
a summary of software installed on individual devices (including installation date and license details, if available).
Hardware
Reports in this section cover the current hardware configuration and any changes made (added, removed, or modified components).
Assets
This section is dedicated to assets. Reports provide different perspectives on asset data:
a complete list of all assets with basic details,
a detailed summary for full insight into each asset,
grouped reports by department, type, responsible person, or number of tickets associated with the asset
