To use a built-in report, select the Preview option in the row of the desired report.
Reports with Parameters
If the report requires input parameters, its content will not load immediately. Instead, you will see the message:
Waiting for parameter values
Parameters must be entered in the filter section to the right (typically by selecting values from a list).
After providing the required values, you can:
Send – confirm the parameters and generate the report,
Reset – clear all entered values.
Exporting a Report
Once the parameters are confirmed and the report is generated, you can export it to a file in various formats.
Export options are located in the panel on the right side.
After selecting the export settings, you can generate the file in the chosen format.
Searching Within the Report
The Search section - available both in the right panel and from the toolbar - allows you to find specific phrases within the report.
Search Rules
If the search phrase consists of multiple elements, they are treated as a single unit. This means:
Match case applies to the entire phrase.
Whole word only restricts results to the exact phrase in the exact form; partial fits will not be returned.
Toolbar Options
In addition to exporting and searching, the toolbar provides the following functions:
Navigation between report pages,
Display mode switch (multi‑page /single‑page),
Zoom in and out,
Editable fields highlight
(Note: none of the built‑in reports use editable fields),
Report print (the entire report or a selected page),
Full‑screen mode,
Return to the report list.
