If you are unable to log in to the console due to an incorrect password:

With the built‑in “Administrator” account:
log in to the server where nVision is installed,
restart the Axence nVision service (services.msc),

send the <nVision>\Database\AdminAccount.bin file to pomoc@axence.net.

With an administrator‑role account synchronized with Active Directory:
log in to the nVision console using the Administrator account,
go to the Users tab,

verify the connection status with the Active Directory controller.
