Installation folder growing too large

On the server with nVision installed:

1. Open the Windows command prompt: cmd.exe

2. Navigate to the nVision installation folder:

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Axence\nVision"

3. Run the following command:

dir /a /s > C:\Users\{user_name}\Documents\dir.txt

4. Open the dir.txt file and analyze its contents.

Most common causes of a large installation folder size:

• A large number of files or large files in the logs folder
  (C:\Program Files (x86)\Axence\nVision\Logs),

• A large number of files or large files in the backups folder
  (C:\Program Files (x86)\Axence\nVision\Backups),

• Large size of the nVision database.
