To uninstall the Axence nVision Agent, you need the password for the built‑in Administrator account. If you do not know this password or the Agent cannot connect to the Server, follow these steps:
Copy the Configuration.dat file from the Agent installation directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Axence\nVision Agent 2\Configuration.datSend the Configuration.dat file to: pomoc@axence.net.
Wait for authorization verification and receive the decoded password hash.
